  • Name of economic/immediate owner (final beneficiary). Only a physical entity can be named as the final beneficiary.
  • Original passport or a copy certified by a notary with apostile.
  • Most recently paid utility bill (electricity, gas, water, landline telephone, rent) or data about place of residence registration.
  • CV with details of education, professional qualifications, work records, family status (specifying name and dates of birth of the spouse and children), as well as information about the origin of funds.
  • The reason to open the account and brief description of the supposed activities of the company which is being founded.
  • In some cases an individual interview with a bank representative is required.
  • Depending on the country and the bank some additional information may be needed.
